Late Shri Giridhari Lal Zutshi (1925 - 2010) is the writer of the Book, "Frontier Gandhi - the fighter, the politician, the saint". The book was inaugurated by President V.V. Giri on 100 Birth Centenary of Mahatma Gandhi at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Shri Zutshi belonged to Srinagar Kashmir. He left Kashmir at a very young age to pursue his education from Lucknow University where he completed MA Economics followed by LLB.Zutshi wrote this 4 years ago
